Electrical Inspection Condition Reports (EICRs) and remedial works. These services aim to ensure a satisfactory report, which allows new tenants or homeowners to move into an
electrically safe property.
Additionally, we have contractual agreements with CCHA and other housing associations, where we conduct
over 500 EICRs annually and provide remedial works.
